With physician orders, you may take your loved one ‘Out On Pass’. The parameters vary based on the condition and needs of the patient, as well as scheduled therapy sessions. How often does the doctor come?

Our doctors see our patients as often as needed. Nursing staff communicates with them regularly via phone and text. The care we provide is based on physician orders. Our licensed nursing staff are able to manage the patient’s needs, while the physicians provide input to ensure successful outcomes.

What’s the process once my loved one is here?

Upon admission to our facility, the patient is assigned a room. From there, a licensed nurse will assess the patient, input physician orders into our Electronic Medical Records system to ensure orders are followed, and then the medications are ordered from our pharmacy. All meals, medications, treatments, and care are provided in the facility unless an outside appointment is scheduled and necessary.
